The REAL staff includes several members of the Appraisal Institute and are candidates for the MAI designation, which is considered the highest measure of competency and the most difficult to attain in the industry. REAL staff are also members of the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers and the Institute of Real Estate Management. All senior staff members are Certified Real Estate Appraisers in Missouri and Illinois as well as a number of other states.

   In addition to serving the St. Louis metropolitan area, Real Estate Analysts Limited regularly provides property appraisals throughout the Midwest and travels nationally on special assignments.
